Is Nexus AI free?
Yes. Nexus is free with full access during early access. No credit card is needed to sign up.
Which email accounts work?
Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. Connect either over OAuth and Nexus starts reading for tasks straight away.
Does the notetaker work with external calls?
Yes. Invite meeting@nexusai.io as a guest to any Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call and it joins, records and transcribes.
Where does my data live?
Your email and files stay in your own accounts. Nexus reads them over OAuth and stores extracted tasks, summaries and search indexes in your workspace.
